Click Here For MapDescription: This trail is the newest member to the Ouachita area trails. It was built by the Hot Springs Bicycle Association after Water Works trails was closed because of the terrorist attacks of 9/11. The trail is very well maintained and manicured by HSBA so it is always a pleasure to ride. The trail itself is very smooth not really that rocky or technical of a trail but still a lot of fun to ride. There is only one big climb here with switch backs that get you almost to the top. One thing I can say about this trail is that it has one of the fastest downhill's around, its one of the things I look forward to when ever I go there. The rest of the trail meanders in and out of coves and small valley's with some twisty and turning motions along the way. A couple of small creek crossings and some nice open spots to really get some speed. There can be a few muddy spots after a rain but HSBA is building some boardwalks over these areas. If you are in Hot Springs take the time to ride this trail you will be glad you did.

Lodging: Camping is available in the Hot Springs National Park and nearby Ouachita National Forest. The City of Hot Springs has a lot of places to eat, sleep, and shop.  You will be pleasantly surprised. Hot Springs is the tenth most populous city in the US state of Arkansas, where you will have no problem finding big city quality hotels such as Chicago hotels or San Francisco hotels with the warmth and friendliness of a small town hospitality.
